REGISTRATION STEP by STEP

FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO HELP WITH REGISTRATION
- Go to Chaperones & Families tab at SLYPARKCENTER.ORG (Google Chrome works best)
- Click on the BLUE registration tab in the Chaperones or Families pages.
- On the Campwise page, you will either
- LOG IN
- CREATE AN ACCOUNT if you have never done so before.
- Complete the "Required Information"- fields with an *, also highlighted in light yellow
- Click "Save/Next"
- Input required STUDENT INFORMATION then click "Save/Next"
- personal information
- address
- Phone/email
- Enter the GHR ID (Group Hold Information Identification 3-letter code) for your student's school then click "Save/Next"
- The new screen SHOULD list the school your student attends and date(s) of Sly Park.
- check the box to the left of the date your student is attending
- click "Save/Next"
- Click on "Add Contact" and complete all of the required content information then click "Save/Next"
- Each student must have at least one Guardian
- Each student must have at least one Emergency contact DIFFERENT THAN the Guardian
- Click on the "OPEN" button for each form listed and complete the required information then click "Save/Next"
- Profile Sheet
- Student Health Information
- Authorization for Student Attendance
- Slideshow Photo Permission
- If you would like to purchase souvenirs for your student:
- click "Yes, I do" button
- check items you would like and click "Add"
- click "Save/Next"
- If you would not like to purchase souvenirs, or at least not at this time
- click "No, I don't "Take me to the next step"
- Click "Dashboard" to see Student Registration OR to LOG OUT
Each time you log into your student’s Campwise account, be sure to select “Update Attendee” not “Register”. You should be directed to the Dashboard. If there is any part of the registration that is incomplete, you will see a red notification in the “Notifications” panel on the Dashboard. You will also receive a weekly email from Campwise reminding you to complete your registration.
